Will it cost any extra charge if I purchase through a card?

During an online or offline transaction, there is a convenience fee that customers have to pay. However, there is no extra charge.

May I have a hard-copy receipt sent by post?

We do not send hard copy receipts by post. We will email your booking details and confirmation to you. Alternatively, you can come to our office for a hard copy of your purchase, and we will provide it to you.

The ST Convenience Fee is non-refundable.

When and how can I receive my refund?

We immediately submit any refund request to our bank. Partner banks may take up to 15 working days to process the refund from the submission date. Additionally, some banks may take up to 10–12 banking weeks or even until the next billing cycle. For dual currency refunds, the converted amount will be determined by your credit card company.
